  • Unfortunately, the scheduling system that Tiger’s Eye uses does not have hold times for appointments as you fill out your questionnaire and credit card information. This means that while you are filling out your information to book your appointment, another client may be trying to book the appointment at the same time. We have spent many hours trying to find another scheduling system that fits all of our needs and also offers appointment hold times, but have come up short. We understand that this is a frustrating situation and thank you for your patience, kindness and understanding.

  • Although we do everything in our power to make sure that you are happy with your cosmetic service, please know that we cannot guarantee the final result, as there are numerous factors that could disrupt your healing process (we will go over these during your appointment, and you can also read through the FAQ section to make sure that you are a good candidate for your chosen service), additional sessions (priced accordingly) may be necessary.

  • If you have had permanent makeup previously done on your eyebrows you MUST email us a clear, close up photo of your eyebrow area before scheduling an appointment. In most cases, we recommend having some sort of removal, whether it be laser or saline, before attempting another session of permanent makeup for your eyebrows. If you arrive to your appointment and have not provided a photo of your previous permanent eyebrow make-up, you risk losing your deposit if your brows are unworkable.

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking any service. At Tiger's Eye, we value your time and hope that you value ours as well! Any changes to your appointment must be made 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment. If you must RESCHEDULE and you do so up to the 72 hour allotted time before your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to the date of your next appointment. If you must RESCHEDULE within 72 hours of your appointment time, and we are unable to fill your spot, you will lose your deposit and can reschedule on the 1st of the month . If you decide to CANCEL your appointment, in order for your deposit to be refunded, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If no deposit was provided you will be charged/need to provide 30% of your service fee. All late cancellations are unforeseen events that include illness, traffic, forgetfulness, interest in doing something else other than coming to your scheduled appointment, and even hangovers… All service providers including therapists, doctors, acupuncturists, and hairstylists have cancellation policies in place that charge a portion (if not the entirety) of the service that ensures that their income is protected. By scheduling an appointment with Tiger’s Eye Brow Studio, you acknowledge and accept this policy by checking a box in the initial questionnaire stating that you have read and that you accept all policies. Thank you for your understanding!

  • If you no call/no-show to your appointment, your deposit is forfeited and you will be charged the full amount of your service.

  • Please make sure that you give yourself AMPLE time to find parking before your appointment. Unfortunately, if you are 15 minutes late, or more, to your appointment, we will be unable to provide you with your service and your deposit will be FORFEITED. We must impose this strict policy due to the inability to book anyone else in the time slot at such short notice.

  • Additional appointments, apart from your initial brow touch-up, will be priced according to our current price list.

  • Please do not drink any alcohol or caffeine, or take any blood-thinning medications (many supplements such as fish oil, turmeric etc., NSAIDS such as Ibuprofen, and allergy medications) at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, as they may cause excess bleeding and can cause issues with the permanent makeup process and pigment retention.
